Your journey starts the moment you book an appointment with the support of our front desk team. They are ready to take care of you and help facilitate your needs before you even see your stylist! We want you to feel at ease when you come in. Taken care of. Offered a beverage. You are likely to interact with 2 or 3 team members before even sitting in your stylist’s chair. You may get the opportunity to sit in several chairs in one visit, and it is common to see multiple stylists working on one head of hair, or sharing ideas at the color mixing station.
