Krystal, a native New Mexican, was born in Santa Fe, and has lived in several cities around New Mexico before settling in Albuquerque. 

Krystal’s very first experience in the world of hair started when she started cutting her own grandfather’s hair. She feels that it is a good fit for her as it allows her to express her creativity as well as helping others express themselves. 

Krystal’s passion for fashion and photography is a natural fit for hair and the beauty industry. Krystal has done work in local fashion shows and magazines and hopes to participate on a larger scale in her future. 

“I love the diversity of clients that land in a stylist’s chair and being able to share stories with one another. It allows stylists and clients to relate to each other on a deeper level. Being kind and compassionate is one of my strengths that is helpful being behind the chair. Sometimes our clients need people who will take a minute to just listen to what they have going on”
